Cream has a lighter texture with easy absorption — preferred for face and areas where a non-greasy feel is important. Ointment provides a thicker occlusive barrier with maximum skin contact — ideal for deeper numbing. Pro and Elite come in cream or ointment. Ultra is ointment only for maximum potency.
